Intro to Inversions Series
Have you always wanted to learn how to do a handstand, shoulderstand, or headstand but were too intimidated to try? In this workshop series, we will break down how to do common inversions in a safe and progressive way. We will look at ways to prepare your body for these poses, how to build the necessary strength, and lots of variations and options for every body. No prior inversion experience required. All levels are welcome but general knowledge of the yoga poses and an adventurous spirit will be helpful!
