Yoga 101 (Beginner Series)
Have you always wanted to try yoga but were nervous about joining a studio class? Are you interested in yoga but think that you aren't flexible enough? Are you brand new to yoga and just want to learn the basics with other yoga newbies? If you answered yes to any of the above questions then this series is for you. In this 4 class series, we will go over the basic yoga poses, props, and etiquette plus answer all of your questions so that you feel comfortable joining a yoga class at any studio or gym.
